Once our Warehouse Team has packed your order, we dispatch them via Royal Mail to be distributed to the UK. International deliveries will be transported to Langley, where they are allocated to their destination country.
Tracking links can take a few hours to update while orders move through the postal system. Each time they pass a checkpoint, they get scanned – this then updates your tracking link accordingly.
Please be aware that orders dispatched with Royal Mail 24 won’t have tracking until delivery is attempted. If you try to track a Royal Mail 24 order before delivery has been attempted, you’ll see the message below.
Royal Mail 24 can take up to 5 working days. If your order has not been delivered after 5 working days, please contact us for further assistance.
