How can I track my order?

Following your order’s dispatch, we’ll send out an email containing a tracking link to confirm your order is on the way. 

Simply click the Track my order button provided in the email to follow your shipment. 

 

Alternatively, you can track your order by logging in to your account and:

  1. Click on the menu 'Account overview' and select 'Order history' 
  2. Find the order you wish to track 
  3. In the order details, you will see a link after Track order under 'Delivery details':
  4. Click on the tracking link to follow your shipment 

Please note: A tracking link will only be available once your order status is updated to Order dispatched.
