How can I update my payment method for my Auto Re-Order?

Once logged into your Lenstore account:   

  1. Visit your Auto Re-Order page 
  2. Click the ‘Edit button 
  3. In your Billing Information section click ‘Change’ 
  4. Select a new preferred payment method and ‘Add Card’ to enter details 
  5. To delete a stored card, choose the card you wish to remove and select ‘Delete’ 
  6. ‘Confirm to save changes 

Please note: Changing your Auto Re-Order payment method is not currently possible on our mobile site. You will need to login to your Lenstore account on a computer/laptop and follow the steps above to change your settings.
