My prescription has changed/I ordered the wrong lenses
Any unopened or unmarked boxes are free for return to:
Unit A, Gresham Way
Please also insert a note inside the parcel listing:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Any other useful information regarding your return request
When possible, please return your items in the original packaging. If the original box is no longer available, using sturdy packing to prevent any damage during the return process is recommended. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed bubble envelopes just aren’t durable enough.
Products damaged due to unsuitable packaging may not be accepted for return.
Returns may take up to 15 working days for arrival and processing. Once received, our team will send a confirmation to your Lenstore account email.
