In stock items are shipped the same day on orders placed before 11pm, 7 days a week, so that you can receive them promptly. In the vast majority of cases, your order should arrive the day after it’s dispatched.
Delivery estimates based on our current stock availability are provided on our product pages after entering your prescription details.
Once your order is dispatched, Lenstore automatically sends an order dispatch notification with all the relevant delivery details so that you can track your order on the courier’s website.
The subject line for the email sent to your registered email address is ” Your Lenstore order is on its way | plus your order number”

Please check our dispatch notification email for further information about your delivery and allow up to 72 hours for the courier to deliver it.
If you have not received it after 3 working days, please get in touch with us.
We will be unable to deal with delivery enquiries unless 72 hours since the dispatch of the order have passed.
