For our standard Royal Mail 24 or EVRi Delivery:
Orders containing in-stock items placed before 11 pm are dispatched the same day, seven days a week, ensuring timely receipt.
For our Special and International Delivery:
Orders with in-stock items placed prior to 5 pm on business days are dispatched on the same.
Upon selecting your items and the desired delivery method in your cart, our website will provide an anticipated delivery date. This projected date is also reiterated in the confirmation email you receive upon the completion of your order. For clarity on your delivery date, kindly refer to the before mentioned confirmation email.
If your order has already been set in motion for delivery, a separate dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking details for your order would have been sent to you. Please search for an email with the subject line: "Your Lenstore Order is En Route | [Your Order Number]".
This dispatch email includes a 'Track my order' button that leads directly to the courier's tracking page, enabling you to follow your package in real-time. For tracking specifics, kindly refer to our How can I track my order? article.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend regularly reviewing our dispatch notification and allowing enough time for the courier's delivery completion.
If your package was sent using the standard delivery service and hasn't arrived post 3 working days, please reach out to our support team. Please also get in touch if you selected Special delivery and your order hasn’t arrived on the next working day after dispatch, or your international delivery is taking more than 15 working days post-dispatch.
However, we kindly request your patience and note that delivery-related queries will only be entertained after the needed period post-dispatch has elapsed.
