Delayed International Deliveries - January 2023

Unfortunately, Royal Mail, the carrier we use to ship our orders, was the subject of a cyber attack last week.

As a result, we've been told to postpone sending any parcels via this method until Royal Mail restores their services, and orders that have already been collected/shipped may be delayed.

 

We understand that receiving your order on time is important to you, and we want to assure you that we are working closely with Royal Mail to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

 

We recommend tracking your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

 

If you have not received your order within three weeks from the date of dispatch or there have been no tracking updates, please contact us so that we can investigate further and provide you with a solution.
