We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are received.
Our experience sourcing stock directly from the manufacturer helps us calculate the most accurate delivery times for your orders. We often know if it will take 2, 3, or 5 days for less common prescriptions to be refilled.
Lenstore automatically requests new stock if the lenses in your order are unavailable in the warehouse. If there is a higher demand for a particular lens prescription, we restock our shelves as soon as possible. However, sometimes, the manufacturers' production schedules, supply issues, or problems in the distribution network can interfere with our estimated dispatch dates.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, we would have contacted you on your registered email to let you know about the delay. but if you need an estimate dispatch date, please message us at customerservices@lenstore.co.uk. We won’t always be able to offer an exact dispatch date, but we are always happy to request it from our Warehouse Team and let you know as soon as they reply.
Please note that this does not apply to bespoke lenses. Our site will state their expected delivery date as they require a longer waiting period.
